SideWRK is a cheap invoicing app for window cleaners who work on the side.
It keeps every customer and property on file, sends the estimate and the invoice, and shows what you actually made on the clean.
What a Window Cleaning job looks like in SideWRK.
The window cleaning job as the app lays it out — your own cost sitting on it, and the estimate your customer approves from their phone.
Built for window cleaning side work — in one app
Branded estimates & invoices
Send clean, itemized estimates and numbered invoices with your business name, logo, and license number on them — text or email, straight from your phone. You look like a real shop because you are one.
Customers approve from their phone
Send a branded approval link. Your customer reviews the estimate, sees the photos, and taps Approve — logged with their name, the time, and the amount, with re-authorization if the job grows.
Real profit, not just revenue
Every material carries a private "your cost" the customer never sees — so the Money tab shows what you actually made on each job, not just what you charged.
Photos that document the work
Snap the before, the problem, and the finished job and text it to the customer — proof that gets jobs approved and a record of the work after you leave.
One flow, start to paid
Estimate → approve → invoice → paid, all on one job, all on your phone. Jobs flip to Paid automatically when the balance hits zero.
Recurring routes made easy
Put regulars on weekly, monthly, or quarterly plans and rebill in a tap. One customer list, every window. Branded estimates and invoices on every job.

What should a window cleaner charge?
Window cleaning is priced per window or as a flat rate per home, with height and frequency as the big variables. SideWRK defaults to $8 a window, and opens a whole-home clean at $180. Here's how it's priced, plus a free window cleaning calculator to price it.
Per window or flat per home
Many cleaners charge per pane or a flat price for the whole home, usually inside and out. Both defaults are already in the app: $180 for a whole home, $250 for inside and out.
Screens, tracks, hard water
Screens, sills and tracks, and hard-water stain removal are add-ons beyond a standard clean. Screen cleaning defaults to $60, track and sill detail to $90, and hard-water removal to $200.
Height and frequency
Second- and third-story windows take ladders and time. Recurring customers get a lower rate, and storefronts price differently than homes. A gutter clean added to the same visit defaults to $120.
Window cleaning calculator
Count the panes, pick inside-and-out, and quote it right on the doorstep.
The window cleaning rate behind SideWRK's estimating defaults is $8/window, with 100% of a typical ticket paying for time rather than materials. Both numbers come from our 2026 Side-Work Rate Report, which publishes the same figures for all 42 trades.
