SideWRK pricing

SideWRK is $19 a month. One plan, every trade.

$19/moor $190 a year, which is two months free
14 days free · no card to start · cancel from the app

All 42 trades switched on, no seats to buy, no cap on customers or jobs. Nothing is charged until you pick a plan.

What $19 a month covers

There is one plan and this is it. No tiers. No add-ons. No seats. The list below is the whole app, and every line of it is on from the first day of the trial, which means the logo on your invoice, the approval on your customer's phone and the profit number on the Money tab are all working before you have paid a dollar.

  • SideWRK writes the estimate on your phone: typed line by line, or drafted from photos and a plain description at your own rates.
  • SideWRK collects the approval from the customer's phone. They read it, type their name, and can put a deposit down right there.
  • On the finished job, SideWRK invoices with your name, logo and license number on the document.
  • SideWRK takes card and Apple Pay from a link you text, and instant payout puts it on your debit card in about 30 minutes for 1%.
  • SideWRK records the cash jobs too. Mark it paid and the Money tab counts it the same.
  • SideWRK shows real profit per job, off a private "your cost" the customer never sees.
  • All 42 trades, SideWRK unlocks from day one. Switch in a tap, one customer list across every one of them.
  • SideWRK prices the work the way your trade bills: by the hour, per square foot, per square, per load, or from a flat service menu.
  • SideWRK scans receipts into expenses and packs the year into a Tax Wrap-Up with CSVs your preparer can open.
  • SideWRK tracks truck stock with reorder points, and reads a barcode to find the part.
  • SideWRK publishes your own page at sidewrk.app/p/your-name: gallery, reviews, a quote form, and booking requests if you turn them on.
  • Offline, SideWRK keeps working. The job saves on the phone and syncs when the signal comes back.
  • SideWRK runs in English or Spanish, customer documents included.
  • SideWRK sends the reminders on an unpaid invoice at 3, 7 and 14 days, by email. Never a text to your customer.

Nothing above sits behind a higher tier. There is no higher tier.

How billing works

Five steps. None of them is a phone call.

  1. 1

    Start with 14 days free

Sign up with an email. No card. Every feature is on from the first minute, so you can put your own logo on real paperwork and run real jobs before you decide anything.

  2. 2

Pick monthly or annual when you're ready

$19 a month, or $190 a year. Pick either one. You add a card when you choose, not before, and nothing is charged during the trial. Let the 14 days run out and the app simply holds your customers and jobs until you subscribe.

  3. 3

Change or cancel from the app

Shop → Manage billing opens your billing portal: move from monthly to annual, update the card, or cancel. No phone call, no email to anyone.

  4. 4

    Leave with the door open

Delete the account and billing stops the same minute. Your data waits 60 days: log back in inside that window and your customers, jobs, photos and history are right where you left them. After 60 days it is gone for good.

  5. 5

    Take your numbers with you

The Money tab exports your income, expenses and costs as CSVs, plus QuickBooks-ready files, any time. Truck stock exports the same way. It's your data, and the exit is built in.

What you're not paying for

The things people ask about. None of them costs extra.

A second seat

SideWRK is built for one person doing the work. There is no per-user price because there is no user to add.

Another trade

Handyman in summer, snow in January, small engines all year. The switch is a tap, not an add-on.

More customers

No cap on customers and no cap on jobs. A busy season costs the same as a slow one. Same price all year.

A cut of the money

Card and Apple Pay carry the standard card processing fee, and instant payout is an optional 1%, both shown before you tap. SideWRK itself takes no cut of a payment on any rail, and a payment request goes from the customer straight to you.

Setup

Bring your customer list in from a spreadsheet, a CSV, or a photo of the handwritten one. Nothing to buy to start, nothing to install.

The AI drafting

Photos in, priced lines out, at your own rates. It's in the plan, not a tier above it.

Next to the crew software

SideWRK is for one person doing the work out of a truck, on the side, and it is priced like it. One plan, one price, everything in it. For scale: Housecall Pro's cheapest plan is $79 a month, and it is a one-user plan; their own site puts it as "Basic — 1 user: $79/month".

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

No permanent free tier. You get 14 days free with no card and every feature on. After that it is $19 a month or $190 a year.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

You choose monthly or annual and add a card. Nothing is charged before that. If you don't choose, the app holds your customers and jobs; sign in and subscribe whenever you're ready and it's all still there.

Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?

No. There is one plan. The 42 trades, the AI estimate drafting, offline mode, the public page and the tax wrap-up are all in it.

Do I pay more for another trade, another customer or another job?

No. Every trade is on, and there is no cap on customers or jobs.

Does SideWRK take a percentage of my payments?

No. The subscription is the whole bill. Card and Apple Pay carry the standard card processing fee, instant payout is an optional 1%, and a payment request goes from the customer straight to you. That is all of it.

How do I cancel?

From the app. Shop → Manage billing opens your billing portal, and cancel is right there. Deleting the account stops billing the same minute.

What happens to my data if I cancel or delete the account?

A deleted account is kept 60 days. Log back in inside that window and everything is where you left it; after 60 days it is permanently deleted. You can export your income, expenses and costs as CSVs any time before that.

Is the annual plan really two months free?

Yes. Twelve months at $19 is $228; the annual plan is $190, which is 10 months' worth.
