Price the labor, not just the pipe
Plumbing money is in the labor — a repipe is 60–70% labor, and the pipe is almost an afterthought on the invoice. So quote the hours honestly (a slab home is not a crawlspace), keep the fixture list itemized so a homeowner can add or cut, and put the water heater on its own line.
